Erasmus+ Day 2018

More than 130 participants came on the 12th of October 2018 to the auditorium and foyer of the university college to show their interests. This major event organized by the staff members of the International Office, addressed students, teachers and the administrative staff.

The Incoming Students greeted all participants in their own languages. Mrs Mag.a Alexandra Albrich led us through the programme, Mr vice-rector Mag. Dr. Thomas Strasser said introductory words. Mr Mag. Dr. Thomas Bauer, the head of the International Office and the Erasmus+ Coordinator, presented the benefits of the Erasmus+ programme based on the results of the Erasmus Impact Study. The focus was also on various exchange opportunities for students, teachers and staff members of the University College of Teacher Education Vienna as well as on the range of responsibilities of the staff members of the International Office.

The participants had the opportunity of speaking to staff members of the International Office in the foyer and receive some information afterwards. Mr Milos Milutinovic, MSc. (OEAD) and Mrs Mag.a Brigitte Stockinger-Resch (Weltweit unterrichten) were ready to answer the requests and questions as well.

The International Office together with the Institute of Further Qualification and Education Cooperation looks forward to other events within the Erasmus+ programme.
