Erasmus+ Ceremony at the Federal Ministry for Education, Science and Research

The aim of the programme is to give young people a chance to get to know other countries which broadens their horizon on international terrain and expands their future job opportunities, too. The Commission puts emphasis also on the area of education and is planning to double the budget available for the Erasmus+ programme to €30 billion.

This is why Mr Federal Minister Heinz Faßmann invited the participants at the Erasmus+ programme to the ceremony held at the Federal Ministry for Education, Science and Research on Wednesday, the 28th November 2018 and took this opportunity to thank to acting persons as well.

The University College of Teacher Education Vienna together with the University College of Teacher Education Styria and the Private University of Education of the Diocese of Linz for Higher Education were represented by six Erasmus+ students from five programme countries and one partner land, as well as by the Erasmus+ Coordinator Thomas Bauer at this ceremony.
