Erasmus+ Day 2019

More than 100 partner universities offer students a choice of destinations for studying abroad. Numerous other options additionally exist for using Erasmus+-funded mobility programmes. For example, a student or graduate internship, or a compulsory internship - especially for IBB students.
Teachers and administrative staff of the PH Wien can also take advantage of mobility programmes as teaching or staff mobility.

All this and much more information was provided at this year's Erasmus+ Day under the motto Open your mind: Go abroad! The welcoming by the currently present incoming students in the Festsaal was a colourful prelude, followed by introductory words from the director of the institute for further qualifications and educational cooperation, Ms Barbara Gullner.
Dr.Dr.h.c. Thomas Bauer, Head of the International Office, introduced mobility programmes, Mr Miloš Milutinović, MSc. was visiting as representative of the OEAD. Former outgoing students presented the Spirit of Erasmus+ on the basis of their experience reports.
Subsequently, staff members of the International Office answered further questions at numerous information stands in the auditorium. Mrs. Brigitte Stockinger-Resch was also a guest and represented the organization "Teaching Worldwide".

A journey is better measured in friends than in miles (Tim Cahill) and so new acquaintances could be made with the Incoming and Ex-Outgoing Students. The Open End of the event took place in the University Representation, whose members are always happy to support the team of the International Office!
